The Trust would like to extend its sincere thanks to those members who took the time to complete and submit survey responses regarding Season Ticket Renewals.

We’ve spent a lot of time collating all the responses and there were some clear themes and concerns.

Due to the many valuable comments made by members, The Trust met with Angus Kinnear this week to discuss a range of topics you raised, from pricing, perceived value on season tickets to away fan pricing.

On the back of the meeting the club have agreed to attend an exclusive Q&A session with Trust Members to hear the feedback directly from Angus and the club, there will be an opportunity for members to ask further questions.

The Q&A session will be held on Wednesday 14th March, at Elland Road at 5:30pm, in the Peter Lorimer Suite. This will provide members with a unique opportunity to understand the club’s thinking around renewals. You will need to pre-register for the event, and be a Trust member; there are a limited number of tickets available. Trust members will have received a link to register for tickets via email.

 “Kids for a Quid”

The Trust raised a number of other issues aside from season ticket renewals, including match day ticket prices. On the back of our members feedback, we’re pleased to announce that the club have agreed to a ‘Kids for a Quid’ initiative for the Barnsley and Bolton home games to encourage the next generation of supporters to visit the club and sample the atmosphere that once captivated each of us at some point in our lives. This is another discussion the club are keen to chat to our members about at the Q&A forum and we will involve wider members who can’t attend post this event.

Away Fans Pricing

We know it’s a very topical subject, so we raised the point with the club around away fan pricing. The club have agreed to go away and look closely at pricing deals for away fans visiting Elland Road. The Trust will be keeping a close eye on progress and report back to its Members in due course.

The Trust is committed to continually represent our members’ voices, so we hope you will take this opportunity to attend the Q&A. For those members who can’t attend, we will report back in full
